Mission, Vision, Core Values

Mission: To provide all possible resources for promoting the artistic and cultural education of children and youngsters in Morelos.

Vision: To carry out cultural infrastructure projects in all the municipalities of the state of Morelos so as to offer respectable facilities in which to hold daily artistic and cultural activities.

Core Values: Social commitment to the neediest sector of the population, credibility and transparency.
