Building and equipment with books, furniture and computers for Biblioteca Teresita Ballesteros in Coatetelco, which benefits the municipalities of Miacatlán and Mazatepec, with an estimated population of 25,000 inhabitants.
For this project we had the support of Consejo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes (Conaculta) (National Council for Culture and Arts), through Programa de Apoyo a la Infraestructura Cultural de los Estados (PAICE)(Support Program for Cultural Infrastructure in the States).
